Die sucht currently a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/mann and FaGe. As a Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit, you will become part of our dedicated team. Your main task will be to ensure a high quality of care and support for our residents, especially during the late shift. Your tasks include, among others: - Implementation of nursing activities according to the individual needs of the residents - Support in medical care and assistance during examinations - Care and accompaniment of the residents in everyday life - Documentation and nursing documentation - Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations In order to be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Completed training as Fachmann/Frau Gesundheit EFZ - Professional experience in the field of geriatric care or long-term care is an advantage - Empathy, compassion and patience in dealing with elderly people - Team-oriented way of working and flexibility - Good German language skills in speaking and writing This position offers you the opportunity to work in a unique environment and to make a valuable contribution to the quality of life and well-being of our residents.
