At various Spitex organisations in the Luzern region, temporary assignments as a Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) await you. You shape your daily work independently, encounter different people and care situations, and can apply your expertise directly on site. At the same time, you are integrated into a professional team and can exchange ideas with your colleagues at any time.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Visit your clients at home and support them in making their everyday life as independent as possible
• Carry out nursing and medical-technical measures independently and within your competencies
• Assess care situations on-site, recognize changes early, and pass on relevant information in a targeted manner
• Record your assignments carefully and ensure seamless care through regular exchange within the team

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed your training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Initial experience in Spitex is an advantage; alternatively, you bring interest and motivation for outpatient care
• You organize your daily work independently, set priorities, and feel confident even when alone with clients
• With your open and empathetic manner, you adapt flexibly to different people, households, and care situations
