Tasks

• You actively help shape nursing processes and continuously develop them
• Together with interdisciplinary specialists, develop solutions for patients
• Professional and needs-oriented nursing and care
• You lead, promote, and support your employees in everyday professional life
• You conduct nursing interviews, reporting, and case discussions in an appreciative, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner
• Responsibility for the quality of nursing

Profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, rehab an advantage
• Leadership training or the willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of a patient-oriented, independent, and responsible way of working
• High social competence as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
