For a temporary assignment at a Spitex organization in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with a workload of 60 to 100 %. Instead of working in a department, you work where your clients are at home. You organize your daily nursing routine independently, adapt to different situations, and ensure with your support that people can live as self-determinedly as possible in their familiar environment.

Between door to door, your skills count

• You visit clients at home and support them individually with basic and treatment care as well as in managing their everyday life
• You perform medical-technical tasks independently within your competencies and keep an attentive eye on changes in health status
• You document your nursing services and observations carefully and ensure that relevant information is reliably passed on
• You work closely with relatives, nursing professionals, doctors, and other specialist agencies and contribute to well-coordinated care

On the move independently, yet part of a team

• You have completed training as a Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or, in the case of a foreign qualification, have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you are already familiar with Spitex, but above all, your independence and your joy in nursing in a home environment are decisive
• You can organize your workday well, take responsibility, and feel comfortable making decisions alone within your competencies from time to time
• With your open and respectful manner, you adapt easily to different people, households, and living situations

• The temporary assignment allows you to gain Spitex experience or deepen existing knowledge without having to commit long-term
