Sociosanitary Operators (reported profession)

Tasks:

• management of patients in collaboration with superiors
• completion of forms and computerized health records
• support in the training of apprentices

Requirements:

• ability to make decisions based on one's role and training
• experience in home care
• preferably basic knowledge of German
• use of IT tools
• flexibility, reliability
• empathy and communication skills, versatility and dexterity
• collaboration within the team
• from Luganese and Mendrisiotto
• category B driving license
• having own car

Employment details:

• workplace Ruvigliana
• occupation from 50 - 80 %
• employment by prior agreement, permanent
• shift work, including weekends and holidays, evening shifts
• time slot: 07:00 - 12:00 / 17:00-21:00
• salary according to CCL of private SACD
