Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by offering individualized support in every situation and providing a complete range of services.
With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 employees, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies more than 5'700 beneficiaries across all 16 municipalities in the region.
We are looking for our Sion site, a:
ASSC (60-100%)
Your mission
You provide care adapted to the needs of the patient.
You administer delegated medico-technical care and basic care.
You actively participate in the dynamics of your team.
Your profile
CFC as Assistant in community nursing and health (or training deemed equivalent).
Adaptability, listening skills, and autonomy.
Proficiency in standard IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset.
Driving license and vehicle indispensable.
