Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for nurses to work in home care.

The missions and responsibilities are as follows:

• Evaluate the nature of the request coming from a professional of the Geneva socio-sanitary network and respond to it as soon as possible or direct the situation to a more suitable service;
• Intervene and jointly conduct, with the nurse, a socio-sanitary evaluation by providing social expertise and developing short-term intervention projects, while being the guarantor of respect for legal-juridical limits in interventions;
• Propose to the beneficiary and their entourage means aimed at reducing the intensity of the felt crisis or emergency; offer them listening and support, aimed at immediately restoring their balance and that of their entourage;
• Proceed with the written report of each intervention by accurately relating the evaluation, the services offered as well as the chosen orientation;
• Evaluate the journey and the relevance of the care for each intervention;
• Participate in colloquiums and team supervisions, outside of intervention hours;
• Intervene actively in sessions with partners.

Profile sought:

The ideal profile for this position is a nurse having a CFC in nursing or a recognition of diploma mandatory for foreign diplomas valid in the canton of Geneva.
You must also have an excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field in Switzerland.
An exceptional team spirit, allied with a capacity to adapt to various clinical situations, is sought. Compassion and empathy are essential to create relationships of trust with patients. Ease with technological tools and a willingness for constant learning complete the profile.

Qualities sought:

• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Great capacity for organization and management of priorities.
• Competence in nursing care and basic techniques.
• Team spirit and transversal collaboration.
• Empathy and dedication towards patients.
• 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland MANDATORY
• Sense of responsibility and solution orientation.
• Minimum French level C1.
