What to expect you ###

• You independently process medication cases outside of the specialty list and performance cases in all areas of social health insurance.
• You communicate in writing and by telephone with service providers and insured persons.
• You conduct negotiations with service providers and manufacturers.
• Retrospective claims complete your area of responsibility.
• Additionally, you participate in projects within the Leistungsaudits team.

What you bring with you ###

• You have completed basic training in the medical or commercial field.
• You have already gained professional experience in the processing of benefits in social health insurance and bring in-depth specialist knowledge in the performance area (preferably Art. 71a-d KVV). This is a mandatory requirement.
• As an assertive person, you are able to communicate individually orally and in writing. Your way of working is exact and efficient.
• If you also bring good French skills, this is an advantage.
