Your tasks

• With our customers, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care
• You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives
• You perform needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer's location
• You create nursing documentation and individual care planning
• Other employees will instruct, advise, and coach you

What you bring with you

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
• You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
