For the Endokrinologie/Diabetologie/Porphyrie department at the Triemli location, we are looking for an experienced and motivated personality starting from 01.01.2027.

Tasks ##

• You support the outpatient clinic in conducting consultations and also undertake tasks such as blood collection, infusions, and functional tests.
• You assist with interventions.
• You are responsible for the scheduling of consultations, handle the associated correspondence, and ensure that all documents are complete.
• As an important contact person, you communicate with our patients, referring doctors, as well as other internal and external bodies.

Profile ##

• Completed basic training as Med. Praxisassistent*in or Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit
• You already have several years of experience as MPA
• Excellent organizational talent paired with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and an affinity for digitalization, KISIM experience is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Good communication and expression as well as an exact, efficient, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment in working in a motivated interdisciplinary team and bringing in as well as implementing new ideas
