The following tasks await you: ###

• Professional coordination and deputy for the Chief Physician Geriatric Rehabilitation
• Independent management of a rehabilitation department in Schinznach
• Medical care of patients
• Leadership of the subordinate resident physicians
• Participation in the further education and supervision of resident physicians as well as in internal training sessions
• Collaboration in maintaining the training positions according to SIWF criteria (Geriatrics, General Internal Medicine, PMR and Rheumatology)
• Leading an interdisciplinary report
• Participation in promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments (therapies, nursing)
• Participation in medical risk management
• Participation in the on-call service on a rotational basis
• Taking over the deputy role for the Head of Geriatrics in Zofingen

• Specialist title for General Internal Medicine with a focus title in Geriatrics (or shortly before completion)
• Experience in rehabilitation desired
• Leadership experience as well as leadership training (or willingness to complete it)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Team-oriented, resilient, committed and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
