Klinik Zugersee is a center for inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults. As a Category A training clinic, inpatient with a total of 158 clinic beds and about 1600 admissions per year, it is equal to university and cantonal clinics.

Senior Physician (m/f/d) inpatient Ward for Depression and Psychotherapy
Your tasks include
Senior medical management of the Ward for Depression and Psychotherapy together with the Senior Psychologist and nursing management
Coordination of the specialists involved in the treatment
Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients
Supervision of assistant physicians and psychologists
Engagement in education and further training
Further development of multimodal therapy concepts
Participation in the senior medical on-call service
You bring with you
Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or CH-recognized equivalent; for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG/MEBEKO) is a prerequisite
High social competence and enjoyment of commitment to individual patient needs
Readiness for conceptual design and continuous further development of the therapeutic offering
Evidence-based way of working, networked thinking and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
Independent and integrative working and leadership style
