EISO Nurse (Specialized Interprofessional Oncology Team) / at 80% / in CDI ### Job Description In collaboration with the Oncology Department of the HUG and with a view to improving outpatient and home care for patients with cancer, IMAD is creating a pilot project to develop a home care system, specialized in adult oncology, based on a joint IMAD-HUG clinical pathway to improve continuity of care and home care for people with cancer currently undergoing treatment at the HUG. The constituted team will carry out a very broad and complex activity, acting both in the clinical as well as the social, psychological, and environmental aspects of the client. The EISO team will also have the mission of weaving close links with the specific Genevan oncology network (for example: the Oncology Department of the HUG, the Ligue contre le cancer, OTIUM). ### Your missions and responsibilities * Respond efficiently to the specific care requirements of the EISO team by autonomously providing, and upon medical delegation, technically complex nursing care at the homes of adult clients with an oncological pathology, which is usually provided in a hospital setting * Provide complete personalized care to adult clients with an oncological pathology within a global vision taking into account, in particular, their direct and social environment, and their psychological constraints. Assess any need such as dietetics or occupational therapy * Act in a role of situational reference and act in accordance with the principles of the nursing code of ethics * Participate in the institutional mission aimed at promoting staying at home in a stimulating environment for our clients by developing interprofessional and interrelational relationships with the different teams integrated into the project * Develop links and interactions with the actors of the specific Genevan oncology network (for example: the Oncology Department of the HUG, the Ligue contre le cancer, OTIUM). ### Qualifications * Bachelor in nursing * CAS in oncology with proven interest in the field * Minimum two years of professional experience in home care * Dexterity in technical care * Ability to adapt, flexibility, and reactivity * Great interpersonal ease, ability to manage stress, and sense of responsibility * Knowledge of the Genevan network specific to oncology would be an asset * Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team * Mobility indispensable (bicycle / car). * ### Additional information * Application deadline: * Start date?: to be agreed Please please attach to your file?: 1. an up-to-date curriculum vitae, 2. a cover letter, 3. a copy of your diplomas and your work certificates. * We only consider complete application files.
