Your tasks ##

• You lead approx. 90 employees professionally and personally and ensure a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
• You recruit, lead, plan and develop the employees in the area of care and nursing
• Your team also cares for our residents in assisted living with Spitex services
• As an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives, you organize and coordinate daily business for an optimal nursing workflow
• You conduct reports, team meetings and internal training sessions
• You guarantee quality development and economic efficiency within the personnel and financial specifications
• You are co-responsible for achieving qualitative and economic goals

What you bring with you ##

• A completed training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level and further training in business administration with sound leadership experience
• High professional, social and leadership competence
• You enjoy working in a process- and goal-oriented manner
• Empathic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Steady, loyal personality with life experience
• Entrepreneurial, independent and networked thinking and acting
• Distinct resilience and very good communication skills
• Sound RAI NH / RAI HC and IT knowledge
