Care of chronically ill patients (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, depression)

Individual treatment planning and coordination of specialists, therapies and diagnostics

Evaluation of laboratory, ECG, long-term values and imaging findings

Documentation in the digital system and active co-design of everyday practice life

Your profile – Professionally competent, personally convincing

Specialist title General Medicine FMH or equivalent MEBEKO recognition

Entry in MedReg (Canton Thurgau)

Interest in long-term patient retention and medical further development

Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and modern primary care

Very good German skills, other languages welcome
