Your tasks ###

• Management of a residential group for children and adolescents with physical and multiple disabilities
• Ensuring individual and professional care together with the team
• Technical and personnel leadership of the team including deployment planning, personnel development and quality assurance
• Active shaping of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as ensuring clear and reliable structures
• Technical participation in the further development of offers, concepts and processes in the areas of living and leisure (e.g. weekly boarding school, relief offers)
• Collaboration in daily care
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists

You bring ###

• Training in social pedagogy (FH/HF) or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of leadership or the willingness to complete such
• Participatory leadership style as well as enjoyment of the joint further development of the team and the area
• Strong organizational and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
• Good IT user skills and confidence in handling digital work tools
• Advantageous: vocational trainer or practical instructor training (PA)
