L’ EMS Résidence Jean-Paul, in Riddes, welcomes 55 long-term residents and 1 short-term resident. As a human-sized institution, we prioritize individualized care, respectful of the rhythm, needs, and dignity of each person.

To complete our team and contribute together to the quality of support for our residents, we are looking for:
an ASSC / Assistant in community nursing and care FEE at 80%.

Your mission

• Ensure the support and care of residents in daily life activities
• Provide basic care and delegated care, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Actively participate in the follow-up and transmission of information
• Contribute to maintaining a secure environment respectful of institutional values
• Ensure the pedagogical supervision and follow-up of apprentices (ASSC, ASA) in the sector

Your profile

• CFC as an Assistant in community nursing and care (ASSC)
• Holder of the FEE certificate
• Experience in geriatrics or in an EMS, an asset
• Sense of listening, observation, and communication
• Team spirit
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage priorities
• Mastery of the French language, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in the use of usual IT tools
