Your tasks – Medical excellence meets leadership competence

• Specialist care and treatment of patients in the field of general medicine
• Diagnostics, therapy and prevention of acute as well as chronic diseases
• Development and implementation of medical as well as organizational strategies for the further development of the practice location
• Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing and practice staff
• Optimization of practice processes and quality assurance in patient care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist experts
• Representation of the practice in the medical professional world and in the local health network

Your profile – Leadership personality with medical competence

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in general practitioner care is an advantage
• Leadership experience or interest in a management role in a medical facility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to strategically develop a location
• Joy in working with patients as well as in team leadership
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
