Our client is an established institution in the field of support and care for people with special needs, which supports approximately 250 residents in a park with a village-like character. The company distinguishes itself through a global care concept, interdisciplinary collaboration and a rewarding work culture. To strengthen a specialized residential group, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a committed person as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) (80-100 %).

• Care and pedagogical support for people with dementia
• Support and replacement of the group management in all areas
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration within the team
• Assistance with the group's household management
• Reference work for the residents
• Administrative management and documentation
