The Fondation Vieillesse in Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. Across the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. The Park house is nestled in the beautiful Heinrichsbad park and includes three residential groups. For a residential group of about 30 residents on two floors, we are looking for reinforcement. The environment close to nature and the family atmosphere make this site a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You are part of a committed management team and, with the team management, are responsible for the management and organization of a team of approximately 15 employees.
• Together, you create an atmosphere in which residents feel safe, welcome, and at home. Regular exchange with loved ones feels natural to you.
• You are close to the team, accompany daily care, regularly assume daily responsibility, and naturally help when support is needed.
• Your ideas are sought: you actively contribute to shaping the future of our family residential sector and provide impulses for a high quality of care.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
• You have extensive experience in long-term care and documentation in RAI soft Net is a natural part of your professional daily routine.
• Very good German proficiency C1 and expert use of Outlook complete your profile.
• You have acquired initial leadership experience and wish to further develop your role as a leader.
• You act autonomously, responsibly, and keep a cool head even in busy situations.
• You enjoy working with elderly people, are a true team player, and approach others with openness, respect, and warmth.
