Our client is an established, non-profit rehabilitation center offering specialized services in various medical fields. Within interdisciplinary teams, care, medicine, and therapy collaborate closely to support patients on their path back to greater autonomy. That is why we are looking for you: as a registered nurse HF with management experience, you will take over the organizational and personnel management of a specialized care team and contribute actively to the development of care.

• Taking charge of the personnel management and organization of a specialized care team in a protected and supervised rehabilitation department
• Ensuring professional care for patients with complex needs following neurological events and interventions

Your assets for the new employer

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF / registered nurse HF or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland with CRS recognition
• Proven experience in intensive care unit and/or corresponding continuing education in the field of intensive care; experience in rehabilitation is an advantage
• Management experience as well as enjoyment in organizing a team, making decisions, and supporting employee development
• Acute awareness of quality and responsibilities, networked thinking, and very good knowledge of German, both oral and written
