Your tasks – Medical excellence meets strategy

Management of your own gynecological consultation with a full spectrum of outpatient care

Pregnancy care including risk assessment, counseling, vaccination status, nutrition, and CTG

Specialization possible depending on interest (e.g., prevention, fertility, menopause counseling)

Care of patients with more complex courses or chronic illnesses

Assumption of medical responsibility in practice decisions

Close coordination with referring physicians, laboratories, midwives, and hospitals

Quality development and internal continuing education coordination

Integration and induction of new colleagues or MPAs

Your profile – Strong in leadership, experienced, solution-oriented

FMH specialist title or equivalent MEBEKO recognition

MedReg entry in the Canton Walenstadt

Experience in an outpatient practice desirable

Interest in medical co-design or team leadership
