We have switched our organizational form to semi-autonomous teams, which means we are oriented towards the famous Buurtzorg model, but have adapted it to our needs. In an interdisciplinary team, with case managers, FaGes and housekeeping and care employees by your side, it is intended to be a new form of working that is contemporary and enables necessary flexibility, but also structure and continuity. You possess the following qualifications: Broad life experience, social competence in dealing with people, as well as pronounced housekeeping experience are required. Good oral and written German skills. Independent and responsible way of working. You are flexible and resilient. Valid driving license category B and own car. Your tasks: You will be deployed with the elderly, impaired, sick, and families in various life situations. You independently carry out clearly described and delimited activities in the household involving the clients (weekly cleaning, laundry care, shopping). In addition to the housekeeping assignments, you observe the physical, mental, emotional, and social state of the clients and inform the management about changes.
