Your tasks

• You are responsible as the main vocational trainer for the training of the FaGe and AGS learners and receive corresponding administrative time (office days) for this
• In our operation, you contribute your specialist knowledge and your nursing experience
• You show co-responsibility for a smooth process, high-quality care and support of our residents, as well as appreciative interaction with team colleagues
• You see taking over daily responsibility and regular cooperation with doctors as a challenge
• Timely and correct documentation and planning (careCoach) is important to you

What you bring with you

• Training as a Healthcare Specialist as well as professional experience
• Course certificate as a vocational trainer, with corresponding experience
• You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge
• Empathic accompaniment of the residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative cooperation in the team
• Your positive manner contributes actively to an operational culture in which residents feel comfortable
