• Comprehensive nursing and care of patients in hospitals, elderly and nursing homes, or Spitex organizations
• Ensuring high quality of care and compliance with applicable standards
• Documentation and communication of nursing measures within the interdisciplinary team
• Supporting the team in managing peak workloads
• Cooperation with various healthcare professionals

Profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognition (SRK)
• Professional experience in acute care, long-term care, or Spitex desirable
• Flexibility, reliability, teamwork skills, resilience, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
