For our client, a university hospital in the heart of the city of Bern with specializations in various disciplines, we are looking for motivated, communicatively strong nursing professionals for the large, interdisciplinary emergency station who feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and rise to their best performance

Requirement Profile ##

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. In the case of a foreign degree, SRK recognition must be present
• Acute experience mandatory; experience in the emergency station or IMC is an advantage
• High resilience, strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as confident action in complex situations
• Open, team-oriented and communicative personality.
• Multilingualism is an advantage
• Readiness for all shifts as well as weekend and holiday shifts

Tasks ##

• Professional, patient-centered care and monitoring in a dynamic, acute medical environment (triage, monitoring, diagnostics and therapy assistance).
• Ensuring nursing quality and safety according to applicable standards and guidelines.
• Interprofessional cooperation with medical staff, emergency services, diagnostics and other specialist departments.
• Situation-appropriate prioritization, organization and coordination in emergency operations.
• Active participation in case discussions, developments and quality projects.
