Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI for assigned residents
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning of medical visits
• Possibility to take on thematic responsibilities and thus participate in the care quality network at the group level

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to follow these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2) orally and in writing
