L’ EMS Résidence Jean-Paul, in Riddes, welcomes 55 long-term residents as well as 1 short-term bed. A human-sized institution, we place individualized support at the heart of our mission, respecting the rhythm, needs, and dignity of each person.

In order to complete our nursing team, we are looking for
AN ASSC / Assistant in community nursing and care

50% / NIGHT WORK

Your mission

Ensure the support and care of residents during the night.

Participate in maintaining a calm, secure, and benevolent environment

• Provide basic care and delegated care, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Actively participate in the follow-up and transmission of information
• Contribute to maintaining a secure environment respectful of institutional values.

Your profile

• CFC as Assistant in community nursing and care (ASSC).
• Experience in geriatrics or in EMS, an asset.
• Marked interest in the support and well-being of elderly people.
• Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and to fulfill responsibilities during the night.
• Sense of observation, organization, and priorities.
• Good adaptability and flexibility.
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Ease in using IT tools and the BESA software.
• Availability and willingness to also work daytime shifts.
