To complement Spitex Region Uzwil, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/ Pflegefachmann (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. Our modern Spitex operation ensures outpatient care with nursing and domestic services for around 40,000 inhabitants in eight contract municipalities in the Uzwil region. We ensure these services with around 60 employees. Your tasks: Nursing, accompanying and advising clients and their relatives; Carrying out and ensuring the implementation of the nursing process with interRAI HC Schweiz; Guaranteeing effective, appropriate and economical nursing; Participating in the instruction and accompaniment of trainees, students and interns. You bring: Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH; Professional experience in outpatient nursing or great interest in it; Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience; Flexibility and organizational skills; Driver's license Cat. B.
