Your area of responsibility

• You work in close cooperation with the Area Manager of Nursing and Care and take on special tasks of the Area Manager of Nursing and Care as a nursing process expert
• As a subject matter expert in the nursing process, you coordinate and support the team in knowledge management and quality assurance
• You take on shift responsibility during the day and assist with bedside care
• You are co-responsible for professional, individual nursing and care of the residents

Your profile

• Education at tertiary level (HF, FH, DNII or similar)
• Resilient personality with high professional, social, and self-competence
• Enthusiasm for strengthening interprofessional cooperation in long-term care
• Enjoyment of varied and complex nursing situations
• Positive basic attitude, paired with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Willingness to actively help shape consistent continuous development
• Active participation for a collaborative working atmosphere
• Good ICT user skills
