*What you achieve -

• You lead four teams with around-30-specialist doctors of occupational medicine and take on overall technical and personnel responsibility.--
• You shape the medical further development of the assessment of occupational diseases and are responsible for quality assurance and optimization of work processes.
• You bring your expertise on occupational diseases into-strategic-internal and external projects as well as-specialist committees and contribute to the implementation of our prevention mandate.
• You-ensure-the further training of assistant doctors to specialist doctor for occupational medicine.--
• You-work-closely-with various areas of Suva-together and maintain the network to medical stakeholders in clinics and specialist societies.--

What you bring with you

• You are a specialist doctor for occupational medicine and have experience in the assessment of occupational diseases and their prevention.
• In your previous career-you-have-already-collected-experience in leadership as well as in quality and project management.--
• You are interested in scientific questions and are committed to public relations.--
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary, promote-technical-exchange and lead meetings and workshops in a goal-oriented manner towards success.--
• You-think-in networks, recognize development opportunities-and-implement-new ideas-effectively.--
• You have very good German skills at native level as well as very good French and English skills.--
