Your tasks and perspectives ##

• General administrative work as well as planning of outpatient consultation and therapy appointments in close cooperation with nursing, doctors
• Contact person for patients at the counter, by telephone as well as electronically
• Business card of our clinic and responsible for the correct triage of our patients
• Contact person for inquiries from referrers as well as from upstream and downstream institutions
• Active and service-oriented member of our disposition team

What you bring for this position ##

• Training as Med. Praxisassistent/in EFZ, medical secretary or commercial training with a medical background
• Flexible and resilient personality with empathy for patients in difficult life situations
• Independent way of working, quick comprehension as well as sense of responsibility and quality
• Networked thinking, openness as well as willingness to learn regarding change processes
• Excellent MS Office skills and talent in handling electronic work instruments, experience with the clinic information system KISIM an advantage
