For our client, we are looking for a committed Team Lead for the nursing service and the establishment of an Inhouse-Spitex. In this challenging position, leadership qualities and organizational talent are required to shape and accompany a motivated team.

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of the nursing service team
• Establishment and implementation of the Inhouse-Spitex structures
• Ensuring quality of care and continuous development of processes
• Recruitment, training, and support of new team members
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners to optimize services

Your profile

• Completed training in healthcare, ideally in the nursing field
• Experience in a leadership function or project management in the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Goal-oriented thinking and ability for independent problem-solving
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
