Your tasks

• You are co-responsible for holistic and competent nursing, treatment, and care of our emergency patients.
• You independently assume the functions as a triage person (MTS), admission or discharge coordination, and thus organize the daily activities and ensure a smooth process flow.
• During the treatment of shock room patients, you play an important part in the interprofessional treatment team.
• Additionally, you can engage as a mentor for our students in the NDS and accompany them closely during their studies.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed the postgraduate course to become a dipl. Expertin/dipl. Experte Notfallpflege and have corresponding professional experience.
• You appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and, as a dedicated, team-oriented, and communicative person, are a valuable addition to our multi-professional team.
• You enjoy taking on the challenge of complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
• You are open to your personal development and like to actively help shape change processes.
