The vision of Stiftung visoparents is a society in which every person with their individual abilities and strengths can live equally. The Kita Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months of age. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or a behavioral abnormality. These are your tasks

• You care for, accompany and promote children from the age of 2 years.
• You support the children in their development and in achieving their developmental goals.
• You undertake demanding nursing tasks under supervision.
• You participate in meetings, parent events and internal training.

What you bring with you

• You are a trained Specialist in Childcare (specialization in children or people with impairments) or have a diploma as a specialist for people in the autism spectrum.
• Experience in working with children/adults with ASD.
• Interest in dealing with children with very different needs.
• High teamwork skills and the will to help shape things beyond the group.
