MPA Medical Practice Assistant

Medical Practice Assistant 40% sought in a practice for Chinese medicine with year-round working hours (free during Bern school holidays)

Start of position: from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

To strengthen our practice team, we are looking for a friendly, reliable and committed Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) for a workload of 40%.

Your tasks:

• Reception and care of our patients
• Appointment scheduling and telephone inquiries
• General administrative work
• Removal of acupuncture needles
• Material and medication management
• Ensuring hygiene and a well-organized practice workflow

Your profile:

• You enjoy working independently and responsibly
• friendly and professional interaction with patients is a matter of course for you
• You are reliable, flexible, a team player and maintain an overview even in busy situations
• good German language skills as well as confident handling of the usual administrative tasks of a medical practice are required.

We offer you a varied activity in a pleasant working environment, a collegial team as well as a part-time workload of 40%. During the school holidays in Bern, the practice is closed.
