Patient Management Admissions is responsible for the cost security process of all outpatient and inpatient treatments (incl. emergency admissions), manages the administrative files of the patients, and operates patient admission. Patient Management is the hub and focal point between internal and external clinics, health insurance companies, and institutions.

What awaits you ##

• Administrative admission and verification of patient data as well as insurance coverage - both in advance and in direct contact with the patients
• Processing outpatient appointments and inpatient admissions for the clinics
• Obtaining cost guarantees from insurance companies and authorities
• General back-office activities (email and telephone triage, mail processing)
• Responsibility for initiation, monitoring, and revenue security in the IV and supplementary insurance process
• Carrying out quality assurance

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training (preferably in the commercial sector) and good IT user skills
• Basic knowledge in the health insurance sector/healthcare is an advantage
• Confident communication in German, French, and English
• Enjoyment of direct patient contact as well as an exact and careful way of working
• Communicative team player with an interest in helping to shape processes
