Your tasks

• Accompanying, promoting, and assessing FaGe apprentices as well as HF/FH nursing students in daily clinical practice
• Planning, coordinating, and ensuring high-quality practical training
• Carrying out learning support, progress reviews, and competency assessments
• Promoting theory-practice transfer and supporting the achievement of training objectives
• Close cooperation with educational partners as well as internal specialists
• Participation in the further development of the training concept and a modern learning culture
• Active participation in the direct care and supervision of our patients
• Promoting high nursing quality as well as safe and patient-oriented care
• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-Mann HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience in an acute care hospital
• Further training as a vocational trainer (SVEB 1+ 2/ vocational trainer course; at least 40 hours) or willingness to complete this
• Joy in accompanying and promoting apprentices and students
• High specialist, social, and communication competence
• Enthusiasm, patience, and joy in passing on knowledge
• An independent, competent personality with a willingness to take responsibility, to cooperate cooperatively in the team and to support it professionally
• A varied activity in cooperation with many specialist departments
• A familial, personal working atmosphere
