In this versatile role, you will provide competent and personal care and advice to customers and support the pharmacy team in daily business. In doing so, you will work closely with the pharmacists and other team members and contribute to smooth processes as well as high service quality.

Your main tasks

• Organization and coordination of daily operational processes in the pharmacy
• Support for the pharmacy management in administrative and business management tasks
• Responsibility for inventory management, ordering, and stock optimization
• Support in invoicing, reminders, and billing
• Participation in accounting, controlling, and the evaluation of relevant operational key figures
• Planning and implementation of sales promotion and marketing measures
• Ensuring attractive product presentation and a professional sales environment
• Supervision and support of employees and apprentices
• Competent advice and care for customers in everyday pharmacy life
• Optimization of internal processes and support in the further development of pharmacy operations

Your profile

• Completion as a Pharma Operations Assistant with Federal Diploma of Higher Education / Pharma Assistant
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a pharmacy environment
• Joy in the profession and high motivation for the implementation of pharmaceutical services
• Responsible, open, and team-oriented personality
• Fluent German and English skills
