Die Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance-recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and human-centered treatment for our patients. With around 170 committed employees at three locations -- our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden -- we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation. Your tasks * Management and further development of group offers / indication groups * Care of patients as a primary caregiver according to the internal DBT addiction concept * Participation in interdisciplinary reports, rounds, team meetings, and location meetings * Participation in the implementation and further development of nursing standards and the therapy concept * Accompanying students and apprentices in practice * Taking over areas of responsibility within the nursing department Your profile * Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP) * At least 3 years of professional experience in the addiction field and/or the psychiatric specialist field (incl.
