YOUR TASKS

• You are the friendly face at the reception -- for patients, female doctors, and male doctors at our radiology locations: Salem-Spital, Medical Center Wankdorf, Klinik Beau-Site, Klinik Permanence
• In the call center, you coordinate appointments, plan radiological examinations, and are the central contact person for our customers
• You inform, accompany, and prepare patients for radiological examinations
• You take care of administrative tasks, such as sending findings and documents or obtaining medical records
• As a hub in daily practice, you maintain an overview and act confidently at the interface between medicine, administration, and patient service

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed basic vocational training in a service-oriented industry
• You are known as a strong-communicating, flexible, and socially competent personality
• A natural, warm appearance with a lot of empathy is important to you
• Your PC skills are very good and you are confident in using digital tools
• You have very good German and French skills, other languages are a plus
