Vocational training is more than a task for you - it is a matter of the heart. You accompany apprentices with joy, promote their development, and at the same time remain actively involved in nursing.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Vocational trainer course or the willingness to complete this with the support of the employer
• Joy in accompanying and promoting apprentices
• Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and the further development of training
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working

Tasks ##

• Accompanying and promoting FaGe apprentices in everyday professional life
• Planning, implementation, and reflection of learning situations
• Active participation in shaping vocational training within the training network
• Collaboration in all areas of outpatient nursing
• As a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, you will additionally take on case management tasks
• Depending on interest and suitability, there is the possibility to take on further specialist responsibilities
