Haus Eigenamt AG, competence center for aging, is a recognized long-term care institution and an important partner in the region's healthcare for people with geriatric and neurocognitive impairments. It has 46 rooms, which can be converted into a double room upon request.

We are looking for an reinforcement by agreement as

Department Manager 80 - 100 % Tertiary level ##

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of a floor
• Interdisciplinary work
• Assumption of daily responsibility and on-call service
• Ensuring daily operations
• Recording of the RAI/RUG instruments and their complete documentation
• Responsibility for the holistic care and nursing of the residents
• Co-responsibility in quality development

What you bring

• Training as a nursing specialist HF
• The willingness to take on flexible and future-oriented responsibility
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Good IT skills
• RAI knowledge
• Resilience, flexibility, a pinch of humor as well as high social competence
• Leadership training is an advantage, Team Leader level
