Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in the night shift

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Assumption of night responsibility with coordination of the night team
• Assumption of tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
