A stone's throw from the Morges train station, in brand new premises, GO2, the Romand center for surgery, sports medicine and arts, was created by a specialized and passionate team. It is intended for those who regularly engage in physical activity, regardless of their level, whether for leisure, in a club, or as an elite category. This team of doctors, surgeons, or therapists, also advises those who wish to start or resume a physical activity.

In order to strengthen our versatile team, we are looking for the GO2 Centre, a:

Medical Assistant (F/M) at 80%

Permanent contract (CDI), starting on 1st December 2026

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as a medical assistant, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience within a medical practice, experience in pediatrics is an asset.
• Skills in blood sampling and laboratory analyses.
• A strong interest in administrative tasks, logistics, and patient coordination.
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of routine and exceptional activities.
• A good team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
• Guarantee an experience of excellence on a daily basis.
• Provide care, ensure the clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
• Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
• Manage the telephone switchboard and message taking.
• Ensure the management of medical act billing.
• Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the proper functioning of the center, such as email and schedule management.
• Be in charge of the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of physical medical files.
• Perform typing, proofreading, and transmission of medical reports and examination results to doctors within adequate timeframes.
