What you can achieve ###

• Handling of all administration and organization of the organizational unit incl. correspondence, updating and managing patient documentation, etc. as well as appointment coordination and information exchange
• Patient reception and admission incl. master data maintenance
• Informing, caring for and accompanying patients during the treatment process
• Preparing consultations, preparing all materials as well as devices for minor surgical procedures in the outpatient operating room
• Checking the accuracy of service recording and initiating measures for any necessary corrections
• Vocational training tasks in the practical training of civil service providers and junior assistants

What you bring with you ###

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Anesthesia Technician with at least 1 year of professional experience in a medical practice or hospital setting
• Solid IT user knowledge (MS-Office, SAP, Termdispo is an advantage)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (Level C2) are required
• Good French skills (Level B2), especially in oral comprehension and communication, are desired
• Open and appreciative communication as well as high organizational and social competence, strong service orientation
• Ability to coordinate and work together interdisciplinarily with various professional groups
