• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians as well as an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Both competent and individual care as well as support of our patients, taking into account our nursing mission statement
• Independent implementation of diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician in cooperation with our healthcare assistants
• Recognize and manage emergency situations as well as initiate adequate measures until the physician arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Introduction and supervision of new employees, apprentices, and students

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann
• SRK recognition for foreign qualifications

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in acute care as well as experience in the field of oncology is an advantage

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as strong empathy
• Teamwork ability and ability to guide employees
