Your tasks – focus on precision and professional competence

• Monitoring and care of female and male patients with unstable vital parameters who require continuous nursing and medical monitoring
• Implementation of complex nursing and medical measures to stabilize the health status
• Operation, control, and interpretation of high-tech medical products such as monitoring systems, infusion pumps, and non-invasive ventilation
• Early detection of critical changes and initiation of appropriate measures for emergency care
• Close cooperation with female and male doctors, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient care
• Accompanying and advising relatives in emotionally challenging situations
• Seamless documentation of all implemented measures as well as participation in quality assurance and optimization processes

Your profile – professional competence and humanity combined

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann Überwachungspflege NDK
• Experience in monitoring care, Intermediate Care (IMC), or intensive care is an advantage
• Confidence in dealing with complex nursing situations and highly technical monitoring systems
• Resilience, rapid decision-making ability, and professional work under pressure
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with female and male patients and their relatives
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
