For our clients in the Spitex sector in the Winterthur and Zürich region, we are looking for committed and experienced Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF with further training or sound experience in the field of wound management/wound care. There are possibilities for temporary assignments as well as permanent employment.

Your tasks:
You care for and nurse clients independently in their familiar homes and undertake the professional planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

A particular focus of your activity lies in professional wound management. You assess acute and chronic wounds, plan suitable treatment measures, perform wound care, and document the healing process carefully. In doing so, you work closely with doctors, relatives, and other specialists.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Further training as a Wundexpert/in or sound professional experience in wound management
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Perigon system is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• High professional and social competence
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of the individual care of clients
• Good German language skills
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
