Your tasks ###

• Ensuring professional care and support of our patients
• Responsibility for technical leadership on the nursing ward within the framework of Shared Governance
• Induction of new employees
• Coaching and accompanying employees in nursing
• Co-developing and implementing annual goals, standards, and guidelines
• Preparing and conducting professional training, technical exchanges, and case discussions
• You embody a role model function
• Determining measures and priorities in the development of nursing in cooperation with the management team as well as implementation and monitoring

Your profile ###

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH and work experience in an acute care hospital
• Joy in the implementation of technical and leadership topics
• Independent and responsible way of working
• A professional understanding of nursing; you enjoy complex patient situations and support your colleagues in nursing
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory

Vacation ###

You benefit from vacation between 25 and 30 working days (depending on age) as well as 13 paid public holidays. In addition, you have the option to purchase 5 vacation days.

Working hours ###

The standard operating working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests are implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
